For standalone PGDM/PGCM institutions, the last date of granting or refusing approval by AICTE is July 10, 2022. Final date of granting approval after appeal for PGDM/PGCM institutes is July 30, 2022.

AICTE ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2022-23

AICTE Academic Calendar 2021-22 session: The All Indian Council of Technical Education (AICTE) on March 25, 2022, released the academic calendar for the 2022-23 session. According to the Council, AICTE will complete the process of the grant of approval for the institutions, other than the standalone PGDM and PGCM colleges, by July 30, 2022. Meanwhile, the respective universities and boards are required to complete the affiliation process by August 31. AICTE Academic Calendar 2021-22 session has been released by the Council on its official website.

Meanwhile, for standalone PGDM/PGCM institutions, the last date of granting or refusing approval by AICTE is July 10, 2022. Final date of granting approval after appeal for PGDM/PGCM institutes is July 30, 2022.

According to the AICTE Academic Calendar 2022-23 session:

The last date for commencement of classes for first-year engineering students of technical courses is October 25, 2022.

The last date for cancellation of seats for technical courses with full fee refund is October 20, 2022.

The last date for the commencement of classes for the existing students of the technical courses is September 15, 2022.

The last date for admission to courses in PGDM/PGCM institutions is September 20, 2022.

The last date of cancellation of admission for courses in PGDM/PGCM institutions including full fee refund is September 13, 2022.

AICTE ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2022-23

The circular informed that changes may occur in the Academic Calendar 2022- 23 subject to the conditions existing due to pandemic and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home and Ministry of Education from time to time. The Council also issued warning stating, “Institutions admitting students without prior approval shall be subjected to punitive action.”
