Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education: Guntur, Sri Venkateswara University has started the AP PGECET 2024 Phase II (Final) Counselling Registrations for AP PGECET qualified candidates. Read here for the counselling dates, process, and required documents. 

AP PGECET Phase II Counselling

The AP PGECET Phase II, Web Counselling Registrations link has been activated. Counselling registrations are applicable for AP PGECET-qualified candidates. The last date to register and upload the documents for verification is September 29, 2024. Through AP PGECET counselling, candidates can get admission to postgraduate programs, such as M.Tech and M.E. Candidates can check the schedule below -

How to register for AP PGECET Counselling 2024?

The steps to register for AP PGECET 2024 Final Counselling is as follows -

  • Visit the official website of AP PGECET - pgecet-sche.aptonline.in
  • Click on candidate registration
  • Enter your hall ticket number and date of birth, and submit the details
  • Provide the required details and upload the documents as per the specifications
  • Pay the counselling fees and fill in the choices. 
  • Submit once done. Print the application form for future reference.

To check the payment status, candidates must provide their application number and date of birth. 

AP PGECET Counselling Fees 2024

AP PGECET-qualified candidates must pay the non-refundable counselling fee online on the official website. The fee for SC/ST candidates is INR 500, and for other categories, it is INR 1000/-. Payments are made through netbanking, credit card, or debit card options. To pay the AP PGECET counselling fee, candidates must provide their hall ticket number and rank. Candidates must keep the transaction ID safe for future reference. 

Documents Required at the Time of AP PGECET 2024 Phase II Counselling

Candidates must upload the following documents at the time of AP PGECET Second Phase Counselling -

  • AP PGECET 2024 Rank Card 
  • AP PGECET 2024 Hall Ticket
  • Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate and Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination.
  • Memo of SSC or its equivalent 
  • Study Certificate from Class 10th to Graduation or Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years from the qualifying examination, i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalised education (Aadhar Card/Household Card)
  • Integrated community certificate 
  • Transfer certificate
  • Income certificate/Household card/Ration Card
  • EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar, if applicable
  • Local Status Certificate

Documents To be Uploaded by Sports /PH/NCC/CAP Candidates, Along with other Original Certificates

  • PH Category candidates must provide a certificate issued by the District Medical Board, claiming a disability of 40% and above. 
  • Candidates under the CAP Category must provide a service certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, an Identity Card, and a Discharge Book of Verification.
  • NCC/Sports Category must produce concerned certificates with A, B, and C certificates. 

NOTE: AP PGECET rankers who secure admission only in Government Universities are eligible for fee reimbursement. 

The AP PGECET offers admissions to candidates in postgraduate programs, such as M.Tech and M.E in various streams and disciplines. 

Q:   Who is eligible for B.Ed in Nagarjuna University?

A:

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) offers a B.Ed course through various colleges affiliated with it based on candidate performance in Andhra Pradesh EdCET, which is conducted under the supervision of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The eligibility criteria for admission in B.Ed at Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) is that the candidate has a UG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate and 40% aggregate for reserved categories students.

Candidates, if fulfil the said eligibility criteria, can apply for the B.Ed programme at Acharya Nagarjuna University by taking the Andhra Pradesh EdCET exam.
