COEP’s mechanical engg institute renamed Bajaj School of Mechanical Engineering

Bajaj Finserv announced the launch of a new program called Bajaj Young Technical Engineers (BYTE) in collaboration with COEP Technological University. The BYTE program aims to identify and nurture exceptional engineering talent, providing them with unique opportunities for growth and development.

The mechanical engineering institute of COEP Technological University, Pune, has been officially renamed as the Bajaj School of Mechanical Engineering. The institution, known for its excellence in engineering education, received support from Bajaj Finserv Group as part of its social impact program, Punekarnews reported.

The partnership between Bajaj Finserv and COEP Technological University has been focused on revitalising the infrastructure of the mechanical engineering institute. The aim is to provide students with a state-of-the-art learning environment that fosters innovation and growth.

During the event, Sanjiv Bajaj, chairman and managing director of Bajaj Finserv, praised the students, alumni, and faculty members for their collaborative efforts in furthering the field of mechanical engineering.
