COMEDK UGET Exam Date 2025: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK UGET exam date at the official website. As per the schedule, COMEDK UGET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 10. COMEDK 2025 exam will be conducted in online computer-based mode for a duration of three hours. The authorities will release the complete schedule for COMEDK UGET 2025 soon. Applicants are advised to keep track of COMEDK official website 2025 for the latest updates.  

Applicants looking for admissions to engineering courses have to appear in COMEDK UGET 2025 exam. However, candidates looking for admissions to Architecture course need a valid NATA 2025 score. COMEDK application form 2025 is expected to be released tentatively in February. 

COMEDK UGET 2025 exam comprises 180 questions from Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates will be awarded one mark for the correct answer. The consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka mentions the COMEDK UGET marking scheme along with the official notification. Applicants appearing in the exam are advised to go through marking scheme. The marking scheme for COMEDK UGET 2025 exam is as follows:

  • Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered questions.

In case of a tie, the tie-breaking rules are as follows:

  • The candidate with less number of wrong answers will be ranked higher.
  • If the tie still persists, the candidate with more marks in Mathematics (for engineering) or Aptitude Test (for architecture) will be ranked higher.
  • If the tie still persists, the candidate with more marks in Physics (for engineering) or Drawing Test (for architecture) will be ranked higher.
  • If the tie still persists, the candidate with higher age will be ranked higher.

Q:   What is normalization of marks in COMEDK UGET exam?

A:

The exam authority will conduct COMEDK exam 2025 in multiple sessions. Candidates score of COMEDK 2025 exam is taken into percentile for announcing rank. The percentile is derived by Percentage of candidates who have got equal to or lower score than the candidate. COMEDK UGET percentile is normalized between the 2 sessions.
