GAT-B/BET 2023 registration ends tomorrow on dbt.nta.nic.in
GAT-B/BET 2023: After the conclusion of application process, the exam authority will provide the GAT B/BET corrections facility from April 3 to 4 in online mode.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the GAT-B/BET 2023 registration tomorrow (March 31). Applicants looking for admissions to Biotechnology programmes offered by JNU and other participating institutes can fill the GAT-B/BET application from 2023 at dbt.nta.ac.in. The NTA GAT-B/BET application process comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents and payment of fee. After the conclusion of application process, the exam authority will provide the GAT B/BET corrections facility from April 3 to 4 in online mode.
NTA GAT-B/BET 2023 exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 23 in online computer-based mode. The exam will be conducted for a duration of 180 minutes in multiple-choice format. The authorities have not released the NTA GAT-B/BET hall ticket dates yet on the official website.
How to fill NTA GAT-B/BET application form 2023?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete GAT-B/BET registration process.
- Visit the NTA GAT B official website - dbt.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the online application link for GAT-B.
- Fill personal details in the required fields like name, email, mobile number and others.
- Enter educational qualification, communication information and exam centre preference.
- Upload required documents as per the specifications.
- Preview all details and pay the application fee to complete registration process.
The application fee of GAT-B/BET varies as per the category. Candidates have to pay the GAT-B/BET application fee 2023 through Net-Banking/ Debit Card /Credit Card /UPI or Wallet. For more details, applicants can refer to the table below.
The exam fee is INR 1,200 for OBC, EWS and unreserved candidates if they appear for either GAT-B or BET. In the same case, the fee is INR 600 for SC, ST and PWD candidates. For appearing in both papers, UR, OBC and EWS candidates will have to pay INR 2,400 and SC, ST, PWD candidates need to pay INR 1,200.
GAT-B/BET was earlier known as JNU CEEB. The Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) /Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to the Department of Biotechnology supported Post Graduate Programme in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating Institutions (GAT-B) and for the award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET).
