GATE 2025 Application Form Correction Facility Closed: Admit Card (January 2), Check Details
IIT Roorkee has closed the GATE 2025 application form correction facility at the GOAPS portal. The conducting bodies are all set to release the GATE 2025 admit card for the GATE exam, which will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. Read below to know more.
The conducting body is set to release the GATE 2025 admit card on its official website. The authorities have announced the GATE 2025 exam dates branch-wise, followed by the availability of new GATE two-paper combination lists and mock test links for preparation.
How to Download GATE 2025 Admit Card?
The GATE 2025 hall ticket will be released on January 2, 2025, on the official website. Here’s how you can access the admit card from the GOAPS portal. Registered candidates can download the GATE 2025 admit card in the following way -
- Visit the official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
- Click on the admit card link available on the homepage
- Log in using the credentials - Enrollment ID and password.
- The download will be displayed on the screen.
- Check all the details and download the hall ticket.
Details Printed on the GATE 2025 Exam Admit Card?
After downloading the admit card, candidates must check that the following details are printed correctly -
- Candidate’s name
- Photograph and signature
- Enrollment ID
- Roll number
- Test paper code
- Exam centre details and code
- Exam date and timing
- Exam day instructions
Candidates must check all the details carefully. Candidates are advised to contact the helpdesk at any zonal IIT for assistance if there is any discrepancy.
What to Carry Along with the GATE 2025 Admit Card?
Along with the GATE exam hall ticket, candidates must carry proof of valid photo ID, such as an Aadhar card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.

For this, candidates must have a BTech degree from one of the IITs, with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 (on a scale of 10). - MTech: IIT Madras offers a two-year full-time M.Tech programme across various specialisations. The institute inducts candidates for the M.Tech programmes based on valid GATE scores followed by the counselling process.
- MBA: For admission to the full-time two year MBA programme at IIT Madras, candidates are required to appear for the CAT exam. Candidates based on their CAT scores will be shortlisted for the Group Discussion & Personal Interview (PI) round.
- MSc: IIT Madras accepts admission to the MSc programme based on a valid score/ rank in the IIT-JAM exam.
