GATE 2025 Form Correction Closes on November 10
IIT Roorkee has enabled access to the GATE 2025 form correction facility at the GOAPS portal. The facility is available from October 31 to November 10, 2024. Earlier, the last date to submit the edits was November 6, 2024. Read below for more details -
GATE 2025 Application Form Correction: The GATE 2025 application form correction process started on October 31, 2024, allowing registered candidates to change the required details. The last date to edit the GATE 2025 application form is November 10, 2024. Earlier, the due date for the form correction facility was November 6, 2024.
The GATE 2025 examination will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, for 30 subject test papers. Candidates must ensure this is a one-time opportunity to make the required changes; no further requests for edits are accepted.

How to Acess GATE 2025 Application Form Correction Facility?
Candidates can access the GATE 2025 rectification facility from October 31 to November 10, 2024. The form correction can be done at the GOAPS portal in the following way -
- Visit the GATE official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in
- Click on the application form link and log in using the enrollment ID and password credentials.
- After logging into the portal, the application status and edit option facility will be displayed on the screen.
- Make the required changes and make the payment from the given options available.
- Submit the form and keep a copy of the modified GATE 2025 application form.
The GATE application form correction window allows applicants to change the submitted application form. Once the changes are submitted, IIT Roorkee will release the GATE 2025 admit card on January 2, 2025. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, in two sessions: Morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm).

Q: Can I do M.Tech in IIT Madras without GATE?
MTech admission at IIT Madras is primarily based on GATE scores, followed by COAP counselling. However, as per the basic eligibility criteria mentioned on the official website of IIT Madras, getting admission at the institute without qualifying for the GATE entrance exam is possible.
