GATE 2025 Registration Window Closes Soon: Register Now at the GOAPS Portal

IIT Roorkee will close the GATE 2025 application process on September 26, 2024, without the late fee. Candidates can now visit gate2025.iitr.ac.in to register for the Gratitude Aptitude Test for Engineering 2025 (GATE 2025). 

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) will close the GATE 2025 registration soon. The last date to submit the application form for GATE without any late fee is September 26, 2024. However, candidates can still submit their IIT Roorkee GATE application form by October 7, 2024, by paying a late fee of INR 500. 

GATE 2025 Exam Dates and Eligibility

The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, and the GATE 2025 results will be announced on March 19, 2025. Candidates in the third year or higher of any undergraduate degree program or graduating from a recognised institute/university or college can complete the GATE 2025 application form. The GATE exam offers M.Tech and PhD programs in various streams, such as engineering/technology/architecture/science/arts/humanities, and commerce. 

GATE 2025 Application Fee

The GATE 2025 application fee is INR 900 (for female/SC/ST/PWD candidates) and INR 1800/—for other candidates, including foreign nationals (per test paper) until September 26, 2024. A late fee charge of INR 500 is added if the application form is submitted between September 27 and October 7, 2024.

The mode of the GATE 2025 application form is online. Candidates have to enrol themselves following the process below -

• Visit the official website of GATE 2025 - gate2025.iitr.ac.in
• On the homepage, go to the Apply Online tab
• Register and proceed with the application process
• Fill out your personal, exam, and communication details, and submit the form.
• Pay the application fee and confirm the declaration statement.
• Submit the application form. 

About GATE Examination

The GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering) is a national-level entrance test that assesses the candidate’s comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate degree subjects.
