GATE 2025 Registrations with Late Fees Ends on Oct 11

IIT Roorkee will close the GATE 2025 Application Form submission with late fees TODAY. The GOAPS portal for registration was activated on August 28, 2024. Interested candidates can check out the details and submit their application form, as today (October 11, 2024) is the last date for enrollment for the GATE 2025 examination. 

GATE 2025 Application Form: Today (October 11, 2024) is the last date to submit the GATE 2025 application form with late fees. Earlier, the due date was October 7, 2024, but due to several challenges faced by the candidates, the GATE authorities decided to extend the GATE form submission date. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2025 examination will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, in two sessions, Morning and Afternoon, for 30 test papers. 

How to Register at GOAPS?

Candidates can fill out the GATE application form online through the GOAPS, a portal specially created for the GATE admission process. Starting from the registration to downloading of the GATE 2025 scorecard, candidates can access the GATE portal anytime. To create an account at GOAPS, follow the steps below -

• Visit the official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in
• Click on the application form window and select “New Candidate Registration”
• Enter the details asked and click on the submit button.

An enrollment ID and password will be generated once the registration is complete. These are the credentials to access the GOAPS portal. Candidates can receive the ID and password on their email and contact number. 

How to Apply for the GATE Application Form?

The step-by-step process to apply for the GATE 2025 application form is as follows -

• Visit the official website and click on the candidate login/GOAPS portal
• Using the GATE enrollment ID and password, log in and fill out the details.
• Candidates must provide correct information regarding their educational qualifications, contact, and communication details. 
• After entering all the information, candidates must upload their photo, signature, and documents as per the specifications issued by the GATE authorities. 
• In the next stage, candidates must pay the GATE application fees. As this is an extended period for GATE registrations, candidates have to pay an additional INR 500 along with the general GATE 2025 application fee. 
• After making the payment, confirm the declaration and submit the application form. 
• Keep a copy for future reference. 

GATE 2025 Application Fees During the Extended Period

The GATE 2025 application fees during the extended period (from October 4  to October 11, 2024) are as follows -

GATE is a national-level entrance examination conducted in English. Candidates will have the opportunity to appear for either one or two papers. The exam will be conducted across the country on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
