IIIT Delhi inks MoU with Scientific and Research AI Centre Poland for academic and research cooperation

IIIT Delhi and the Scientific and Research AI Centre founded by NCBR Poland have inked an agreement to further its commitment to developing academic and research cooperation in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

IDEAS NCBR is a research and development centre operating in the field of artificial intelligence, whose mission is to support the development of these technologies in Poland by creating a platform connecting the academic and business environments.

This partnership will enable IIIT-Delhi to facilitate joint research activities, exchange doctoral students, and researchers, joint education at the doctoral level, organisation and participation in seminars, symposia, short-term academic programs and academic meetings.

IIIT Delhi: More Updates

Delegates from the Ministry of Education Taiwan, TECC in India and top Taiwanese Universities recently visited IIIT-Delhi for collaborative opportunities. Among the delegates were Dr. Mon-chi Lo (Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education, Taiwan), Dr. Kao-Hsien Liao (Deputy Director General, Department of International and Cross-strait Education), Ms. Hsin-pei Lin (First Secretary, Department of International and Cross-strait Education, MOE), Mr. Peters Chen (Director of Education Division, TECC in India), Dr. Ramesh Unnikrishnan (Advisor, Training and Learning Bureau, AICTE) along with other representatives.

They interacted with Prof. Ranjan Bose (Director, IIIT-Delhi) and other officials from the Institute to explore opportunities for collaborative research and academic endeavors. The delegates also visited the labs and attended the project demonstrations in the areas of VLSI and Semiconductors.
