IIT Delhi to organise workshop on Nanotechnology

IIT Delhi is all set to organize a ‘User Awareness Workshop on Fabrication and Characterization Facility for Nanotechnology’.
Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF) at IIT Delhi is going to organize a ‘User Awareness Workshop on Fabrication and Characterization Facility for Nanotechnology’ under Meity funded ‘Indian Nanoelectronics User’s Program - Idea to Innovation’ (INUP-i2i) project from September 2 to September 3, 2022.
The main objective of this workshop is to create awareness of the fabrication and characterization facility at NRF, IIT Delhi and also to increase interaction with faculty members involved in the area of research in Nanotechnology, said the official statement.
The technical programme includes - an overview of the fabrication and characterization facility, an overview of ongoing research activities, familiarization of the clean room facility, and availing NRF facility through INUP - i2i.
Samsung India's teams to be trained at IIT Delhi
Samsung India has announced the top 50 teams in its innovation competition -- Solve for Tomorrow -- and said they will attend a Bootcamp at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi to be trained on design thinking and prototyping.
At the end of the competition, three national winners stand a chance to get mega support of up to INR 1 crore and mentoring support for six months to take their ideas to the next level under the expert guidance of IIT Delhi, as reported by the Times Now.
The competition is running for the first time in India, and it witnessed the participation of teams from across the country who are working to tackle problems that India faces in education, environment, healthcare and agriculture.
