IIT Jodhpur Releases Application for PhD programmes; Check Details Here

IIT Jodhpur PhD Admission: IIT Jodhpur has started the application process for PhD admission online. IIT Jodhpur offers a PhD programme that spans various disciplines including technology, engineering, sciences, humanities and social sciences, as well as management and entrepreneurship. IIT Jodhpur PhD Admission: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur is accepting the application form for PhD admission in specific disciplines and inter-disciplinary areas. Candidates interested have to visit the official website to apply for IIT Jodhpur PhD admission. The last date to fill up the IIT Jodhpur PhD admission is April 20, 2024. 

They also have to pay the processing fee of INR 300 for General, GEN-EWS, OBC and INR 150 for SC, ST, and PD applicants online while submitting the application form. Also, the Indian Nationals Residing Abroad (INRA) and Foreign applicants are also required to pay the application processing fee of INR 300.

Who are eligible for IIT Jodhpur PhD (Regular) Admission? 

Candidates admitted in this category must not be registered in any otheracademic programme in India or abroad, and shall not be a full-time or part-time employeeof any organization in India or abroad. 

The applicant must have a master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, agriculturalscience, science, humanities, social sciences, management with at least 60% marks or atleast 6.0/10 CPI or CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PD). 

Or the applicant must have MBBS with MD/MS, BVSc with MVSc, BDS with MDS, BPTh withMPTh, BOTh with MOTh or equivalent with at least 60% marks or at least 6.0/10 CPI orCGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PD) in bachelor’s degree, OR

The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree of minimum four-year duration inengineering or science or medicine or pharmacy or agricultural science or veterinaryscience or equivalent with at least 70% marks or at least 7.0/10 CPI or CGPA forGEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (65% for SC/ST/PD) are eligible. 

IIT Jodhpur PhD Selection 

All the applicants shortlisted for the written test and/or interview are required to bring the final submitted IIT Jodhpur PhD application form duly signed along with a copy of all educational documents and GATE/NET(JRF)/NBHM (or equivalent) score card at the time of written test and/or interview.
