IIT Jodhpur's 8th Convocation on November 12

IIT Jodhpur's 8th Convocation is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022.

Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur is all set to organise its 8th Convocation on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Lecture Hall Building of the institute, during which the B.Tech., M.Sc., M.Tech., and PhD. students of the institute who have successfully completed their academic programs shall receive the degrees. 

Chief Guest, Dr Kris Gopalakrishnan, Chairman, Axilor Ventures and Guest of Honor, Dr Ashish Lele, Director, CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory shall join the proceedings and address the students and the attendees. 

Medals and certificates will be awarded to the meritorious students on the occasion.

IIT Jodhpur welcomes 500+ students during Orientation program 

The Director of IIT Jodhpur welcomed 500+ students during the UG orientation. He highlighted the opportunity for students to design their curriculum according to their inclination of interest, the comprehensive ecosystem at IIT Jodhpur and more.

DRDO has recently signed an MoU with IIT Jodhpur for setting up DRDO Industry Academia – Centre of Excellence IIT Jodhpur (DIA-CoE, IITJ), for collaborative directed research under the identified research areas. The search-cum-selection committee is looking for a suitable person for the post of Director, DIA-CoE at IIT Jodhpur. Director, DIA-CoE IITJ will be appointed on a full-time basis. Director DIA-CoE IITJ will be the administrative and executive head and would be responsible for the smooth functioning of DIA-CoE IITJ. Interested candidates can apply latest by November 25, 2022.
