IIT Roorkee Convocation 2023: Important Instructions

• Attendees must take the non-transferable invitation card with them for attending the convocation.
• Children below 12 years will not be allowed to enter the hll.
• Cameras/ Umbrella/ mobile phone/ briefcases/ eatables, etc. are not allowed in the hall.
• No one will be allowed to leave the convocation hall until the convocation is over and procession has left the hall.
• Live webcasting arrangements have been made in the lecture hall complex.
