JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Exam Begins Tomorrow; Check Documents To Carry and Guidelines Here
JEE Main 2024: NTA will be conducting the session 1 JEE Main exams from tomorrow. Candidates appearing for the engineering entrance exam must bring the JEE Main session 1 admit card, self-declaration, transparent pen and water bottle. JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin the JEE Main 2024 exam from tomorrow: January 24, 2024. JEE Main 2024 session 1 will be held in two shifts. NTA will conduct the exam tomorrow only for candidates who have applied for the BArch and BPlanning paper. They should note that the JEE Mains paper 2 will be held in the second shift.
The first exam is Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B. Planning), and Paper 2A & 2B (B. Arch & B. Planning both) will be held in the second shift from 3 to 6:30 PM. Those appearing for the exam can check here documents required at JEE Main Exam Centre 2024 and important guidelines.
Documents Required for JEE Mains 2024
Candidates who will be going to appear for the JEE Main session 1 exam starting from tomorrow must check the below-mentioned documents required to carry:
- JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Admit card along with Self Declaration (undertaking)
- Transparent ball point pen
- Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or driver's license
- Passport sized photograph
- Transparent water bottle
- PwD candidates must carry scribes' documented proof and permission letters with them
- Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic
Instructions for JEE Mains Exam 2024
- They are not allowed to carry any electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of paper, pager, or any other device
- Candidates must react the exam centre at least 2 hours before the commencement of JEE Main exam
- Candidates will be allowed entry into the JEE Main 2024 exam centre after gate closing time
- They must make sure to carry a printout of their JEE Main hall ticket a valid photo ID proof and passport-size photographs
- Each candidate will be assigned a seat with a designated roll number, they should locate and sit at their seats only
- A pen/pencil and blank paper of rough work will be provided in the exam hall. They must write their name and roll number at the top of their sheet. This sheet has to be returned to the invigilator before leaving the exam hall
