JEECUP 2024 Registration Ends Today, February 29; Get Live Updates

Uttar Pradesh JEE will be conducted from March 16 2024 to March 22, 2024. Candidates who applied for JEECUP 2024 will be able to participate in the exam. 

JEECUP 2024 Registration Process will close soon. Candidates who want to appear for JEECUP must apply before the deadline.

Candidates can check the UP Polytechnic result 2024 by following the steps given below:

Enter the application number and password.
Click on 'Sign In'
JEECUP result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Check the given details carefully.
Candidates will be able to download the result in the form of a rank card.

JEECUP 2024 Answer Key will be available at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The JEECUP answer key 2024 will be available on the official website from March 27 to March 30, 2024. Candidates can log in to check the JEECUP answer key 2024 using their roll number and password.

JEECUP 2024 Results will be announced on April 8, 2024. JEECUP 2024 results will be released at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

The subjects and topics to be studied for the entrance examination will be released through the JEECUP syllabus 2024. Candidates are advised to check the syllabus of JEECUP 2024 to know which topics will be considered while preparing the question paper. The authorities will release the JEECUP 2024 syllabus online for all candidates.

The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination is scheduled to take place from March 16, 2024, to March 22, 2024. The application process for JEECUP 2024 will begin on January 8, 2024. The last date to apply for the exam is on February 29, 2024.

JEECUP 2024 application correction window dates will be announced soon. Registered candidates will be able to access and edit/correct their previously submitted details through the correction facility. It was to be noted the correction process will be a one-time facility.

The seats allotted to the candidates will be automatically frozen. After allotment of seats in the government and aided institutions, the candidates have to deposit a seat acceptance fee of INR 3000 and a counseling fee of INR 250 i.e. total of INR 3250 online and after getting their records verified through the help centres, the remaining tuition fee will be paid as per the counselling schedule.

The procedures to be followed at each stage of counselling are as follows

• Choice Filling and Locking
• Seat Allotment
• Selection of Freeze/Float Options and Document Verification

• Using the Security Question & its Answer the candidates chose during Form filling.
• Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No.
• Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.

• During JEECUP 2024 Registration, candidates will be required to choose PASSWORD, Security Question and its Answer. Candidates is advised to record/remember their password for all future logins.
• For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to log in directly with their respective system-generated Application Number and the chosen Password.
• Candidates are advised not to disclose or share their password with anybody. Neither JEECUP nor NIC will be responsible for the violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
• Candidates can change his/her passwords after login if desired.
• Candidates should remember to log out at the end of their session so that the particulars of the candidate cannot be tampered with or modified by unauthorised persons.

The candidate has to select the Netbanking/Debit/Credit Card option to pay the JEECUP 2024 application fee and follow the online instructions to complete the payment of a fee. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the acknowledgement Page. In case the acknowledgement page is not generated after payment of the fee then the transaction is cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the candidate account. However, the candidate has to make another transaction till the Acknowledgment Page is generated.

The candidate can also deposit the JEECUP 2024 application fee through e-Challan mode. As soon as he/she selects, an e-Challan will be generated containing specific details of the candidate along with the amount to be paid. The candidate has to take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest branch of the bank to make payment. After the confirmation of the fee deposited from Bank/JEECUP, the candidate will be able to print the Acknowledgment Page. In case the Acknowledgment Page is not generated, the candidate should contact the concerned branch to update his/her transaction.

The candidate should enter all the details while filling out the JEECUP 2024 Online Registration Form and also be required to choose PASSWORD and Security Question and enter his/her Answer. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to log in directly with his/her respective system-generated Application Number and chosen Password.

Step 1: Apply for Online Registration choose your Password and note down the system-generated Application Number.

Step 2: Fill Online Application Form and candidate needs to fill up other personal information and choose the examination city.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images of the Photograph and Signature

Step 4: Pay the Examination Fee by net banking/credit/debit card of State Bank of India / ICICI Bank or through e-Challan at any branch of State Bank of India.

Step 5: Download the Confirmation Page for future reference and keep it safe.

All the stages of counselling will be divided into the following two parts based on the process.
A. Main Counselling (children of candidates of Uttar Pradesh state who appeared in the entrance examination or candidates who are natives of other states but have passed the qualifying examination from Uttar Pradesh or employees of such centres whose office is located in Uttar Pradesh)
B. Special Counseling (for the candidates mentioned at the above point identified as candidates of Uttar Pradesh state appearing in the entrance examination as well as for the candidates of other states appearing in the entrance examination)
Main counselling will be completed in the first, second and third phases, special counselling will be completed from the fourth phase till the last phase.

To participate in JEECUP 2024 counselling, the candidate must first log in to the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in using their login ID and password. They must enter as many options as possible for the institution/course selected for study on the portal. All stages of counselling will be held online.

The JEECUP 2024 result will be available on the council's website jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Information about the declaration of results will be provided through newspapers/papers. 

Before the release of the JEECUP 2024 result and merit list, objections will be received from the candidates through the portal on the questions, answer keys and options chosen by the candidates. Objections for wrong questions/answers/differences in selected options can be lodged by depositing INR 100. If the candidate's claim is found correct, the error will be rectified by returning INR 100. In case the claim is found incorrect, INR 100 will not be returned.

No negative marks will be given for wrong answers in JEECUP. In the objective question paper, each question will have a total of 4 answer options and 4 marks will be given for the correct answer of each question.

In the examination room, the candidate should not take any material other than black/blue transparent ball pen. It is strictly prohibited to take log tables, electronic calculators/mobile/communication equipment into the examination hall. Finding such material with the candidate will be considered an unfair means. 

Candidates will ensure to complete the biometric registration by reaching the examination centre two hours before the commencement of the examination. After that, they will enter the designated room in the examination centre as per the seating plan, and use the login ID and password on the computer prescribed for their roll number. 

The JEECUP 2024 will be conducted in online mode at the exam centres. All the questions of the question paper will be displayed to the candidate sequentially in Hindi and English language on the computer screen. 

Mock Test facility will be available on the official website 2 days before the examination so that the candidates can be well aware of the online examination. The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination is scheduled to take place from March 16, 2024, to March 22, 2024. Therefore, the mock test will be available on March 14, 2024. 

The JEECUP 2024 examination duration of each shift will be for 2:30 hours. In the entrance examination (Objective Type) Multiple Choice Questions will be asked, each question will have four options for answers. Out of the four options, only one answer will be correct. 4 marks will be given for the correct answer to each question, 

All the questions of the UP JEE question paper will be displayed to the candidate sequentially in Hindi and English language. The exam will be conducted in online mode. 

Candidates will have the option to choose four examination districts. Candidates should select the names of the four districts from where they want to appear in order of preference. Examination
centres for all course groups (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L and K) will generally be in big districts/ cities. The Council will have the right to allot any district/examination centre in the districts of the state to any candidate for taking the examination. There will be no change in the examination centre allotted by the Council.

While downloading the admit card, the candidate can download the admit card by entering his/her Aadhaar number on the portal jeecup.admissions.nic.in. 

While applying online for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam, the candidate will have to register all the details online like personal details, details related to educational qualification, category, sub-category, course group, district selected for the centre, etc. 

Candidates are not required to send the filled application form to the Joint Entrance Examination Council office, but they should keep the hard copy of the filled application form safe for future use.

The information (category, sub-category and educational qualification) filled by the candidate in the application form will not be verified by the Joint Entrance Examination Council. Its entire responsibility will be of the candidate. Relevant certificates of the information given while applying will have to be provided to the candidate at the time of counselling or admission. Otherwise, his eligibility will be cancelled. Therefore, before filling in the information in the application form, the candidates should ensure their correctness.

JEECUP 2024 Admit Card is a mandatory document to be taken to the exam centre. The candidate must carry an Aadhaar card along with the admit card to the allowed in the examination centre.

To resolve the problems arising at the time of online application, the facility to register Grievance is available in the candidate's login. In case of any confusion or difficulty, the candidate will register his problem through his login, which will be resolved by the Council as soon as possible. This solution will be reflected in the candidate's login itself.

While filling the JEECUP 2024 online application, the candidate needs to provide a mobile number and email ID. The candidates must ensure the continuity of the above mobile number and email ID till the end of counselling. Important information will be sent through SMS from time to time by the Joint Entrance Examination Council on this mobile number and all OTPs will be sent on this mobile number. The mobile number and email will also be required in case the candidate forgets the login password. Candidates should keep checking their email ID from time to time so that they are not deprived of important information.

Before filling out the application form, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the qualifications of the concerned group. In any case, the JEECUP 2024 Application fee deposited for the application form will neither be refunded nor transferred.

Application forms for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) 2024 must be filled out online only. Application through any other means will not be possible.

For candidates seeking admission through JEECUP 2024, the age should not be less than 14 years as of July 01, 2024, that is, for admission in the year 2024, the date of birth of the candidate should be on or before 01.07.2010. 

All information regarding Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) - 2024 will be released through the Council's website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates are requested to keep visiting the Council's website regularly for various information/instructions related to the entrance examination.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in the year 2024 can also apply for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) 2024, but in case of being selected, they will have to present the passing certificate (mark sheet/certificate) at the time of counselling.

The JEECUP Application Fee can be paid online through Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card or UPI. The application fee must be paid before submitting the filled-in application form. 

The candidates pay an application fee before submitting the application form. The application fee is as follows

General/Other Backward Class - INR 300

Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe - INR 200

JEECUP 2024 will be conducted from March 16, 2024, to March 22, 2024. Candidates have to carry the admit card with them on the exam day to get entry at the JEECUP exam hall.
