CUET UG 2023: The last of registration for admissions to UG courses at Mahatma Gandhi Central University has been extended to July 30, from July 26, 2023.

Mahatma Gandhi Central University: The last date of registration for admissions in various UG programmes of the university is extended to July 30. Interested candidates can register themselves for admission at mgcubcuet.samarth.edu.in.

The programmes include B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering), B.Com (Honours with Research), and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication (Honours with Research). In each of these courses, the total seat intake is 33. The candidates need to pay the non-refundable registration fee INR 500 for General/OBC/EWS and INR 200 for SC/ST/PWD for each programme.

The registration started on July 16, 2023, for the eligible candidates who qualified in the CUET UG 2023.

The location of the University is in Motihari, Bihar. It was the glorious historic year of 1917 when Mahatma Gandhi started his well-known SATYAGRAHA, the first-ever anti-colonial struggle against the British. It is rightly said that Motihari made Mahatma Gandhi the BAPU, the premier MASS LEADER who henceforward revolutionized the whole of India through miraculous mantras of Truth and Non-Violence. No wonder, MGCU is committed to inculcating the spirit of SATYAGRAHA, TRUTH and NON-VIOLENCE among our learners towards rendering their invaluable services to humanity, as stated on the university's website.

MGCU is proving to be an excellent centre of Higher Studies in both Basic, Applied and Technical educational fields. There are as many as total 04 Undergraduate; 22 Postgraduate; 19 M.Phil. and 20 Ph.D. Programmes of Study run under a total of 07 Schools and 20 teaching Departments under them. This is one of the salient characteristics of the University which has attracted enthusiastic learners from different parts of the country to seek admission here. Needless to reiterate, the well-experienced and competent Faculty of the University is the central basis for the academic excellence being sustained herein, added the university.
