MHT CET Counselling 2024 Registration Date Extended, Merit List on July 31
MHT CET 2024 counselling registration date has been extended. Candidates can now complete MHT CET Btech counselling registration online at the official website till July 28. Check revised dates here
MHT CET 2024 Counselling: The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has extended the last date for MHT CET 2024 counselling registration today: July 24. Now, the deadline to complete MHT CET BTech counselling registration is July 28, 2024. They have to visit the official website: cetcell.mahacet.org to complete MHT CET counselling registration. Those belonging to the general category have to pay INR 1000 whereas those belonging to reserved categories have to pay INR 800.
The application fee of NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign nationals is Rs. 10,000. The payment can be done via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. Once the MHT CET counselling registration window closes, the CET Cell will release the merit list for registered candidates on July 31, 2024.

Q: I have not appeared in MHT CET. Can I register for the counselling?
Candidates who have not applied/appeared in MHT CET 2024 can participate in the counselling on the basis of their JEE Main 2024 score. Candidates not having MHT CET or JEE Main score can also participate in the counselling based on their class 12 marks.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell will conduct at total of three rounds counselling and seat allotment process. Q: Can I still participate in MHT CET counselling if I do not accept the seat allotted to me?
The process of MHT CET counselling and seat allotment consists of several processes. Once a seat is allotted to a candidate, he/she has the option of “Accept and Freeze” and “Accept and Float”. If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and selects the first option, he/she cannot participate in the next round counselling. If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she can select the second option trough which he/she can participate in the next round counselling with the current seat.
