NIT Jalandhar offers Certificate Courses under Skill Hub Initiative Scheme, PMKVY

National Institute of Technology Jalandhar is offering training/certificate courses under Skill Hub Initiative Scheme, PMKVY.

The Domestic Data Entry Operator course is currently undergoing and registrations are open for the Web Developer course under Computer Science and Engineering Department. The last date to register for Web Developer (Offline mode) is September 30, 2023. 

The program will impart essential skills to students to become web developers, equip the students with the technical skills for software design, provide skills to develop health, safety-based and information management-based applications, and develop media, content and graphic designs.

The ongoing data entry course offers basic architecture of computer in terms of hardware and software, and provide a basic understanding of data and data management systems, tools and application, intranet and its advanced applications. It will help the students to develop soft skills and presentation skills, projects for data handling, analysis and information representation.

Self-sponsored Online 2nd STC/FDP on “Advances in Biomaterials and Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications”

NIT Jalandhar is also offering self-sponsored Online 2nd STC/FDP on “Advances in Biomaterials and Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications” from September 28 to October 2, 2023.

The course is designed for faculty of various Universities/ Research Institutes/Professionals from Industry, Scientists and Engineers from R&D organizations, Students and PhD scholars can apply for course. 

The program is being organized for the researchers, faculties, engineers from academia and industries to make them familiarize with manufacturing technologies for tissue engineering applications and the development of drug delivery system. Since these areas are interdisciplinary, thus amalgamation of different manufacturing technologies and its better understanding could contribute to the progress being made in this direction. The proposed program is

expected to provide the right platform to the participants for gaining knowledge and networking for their ongoing endeavors in these fields.
