NTA has announced JEE Main 2024 paper 2 result. The examination was conducted across 421 centres in 299 cities during the first session and 420 centres in 291 cities during the second. This included 17 cities outside India. Check all details regarding the result here.

NTA JEE Main 2024 Paper 2 Result Statistics: 4 Candidates Score 100 Percentile; 3 Candidates Under UFM

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the final scores of the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024 paper 2) on Saturday, May 18. This year, two students achieved a perfect 100 percentile score in each BArch and BPlanning course, as confirmed by the NTA. To view their JEE Main Paper 2 scores, candidates can log in to jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Sulagna Basack from Jharkhand and Muthu R from Tamil Nadu attained the perfect score in the Architecture paper, while Kolasani Saketh Pranav from Andhra Pradesh and Arun Radhakrishnan from Karnataka secured the same in the Planning paper.

The first session of the JEE Main paper 2 exam took place on January 24, with the second session occurring on April 12. The NTA considered the best score out of the two sessions for ranking candidates who appeared in both.

The NTA administered the test in 13 languages to accommodate candidates from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Number of Candidates Registered and Appeared in JEE Main 2024 Paper  2

A total of 99,086 candidates registered for both the January and April sessions of JEE (Main) - 2024 for Paper 2, with 71,009 candidates appearing in both sessions. For the B.Arch (Session 2) examination, 73,362 candidates registered, out of which 36,707 appeared. Similarly, for the B.Planning (Session 2) examination, 38,105 candidates registered, with 16,228 candidates appearing for the exam.

Three Candidates Under UFM

According to the NTA, out of 99,086 candidates registered for both sessions, 71,009 took the test. The results of three candidates have been withheld due to unfair means.

These Students Topped According to Category in BArch

In the BArch, Sulagna Basak from Jharkhand secured a perfect 100 NTA score in the general category, while Muthu R from Tamil Nadu, belonging to OBC-NCL, also achieved a perfect score of 100. Yayavaram Shravan Ram from Andhra Pradesh, belonging to UR-EWS category, scored 99.96704 marks. In the SC category, Vivekjit Das from Telangana topped with a score of 99.94958 marks. From the ST category, Boda Prabanjan Jadav and Banoth Rithvak, both from Telangana, secured the top positions with scores of 99.87978 marks.

These Students Topped According to Category in BPlan

In the B Planning Paper 2, Arun Radhakrishna from Karnataka and Kolasani Saket Pranav from Andhra Pradesh, belonging to the General category, achieved a perfect 100 NTA score. Kaligatala Devi Prasad, also from Andhra Pradesh, topped the OBC-NCL category with a score of 99.99384 marks. Ankush from Uttar Pradesh, representing the SC category, secured the top position nationwide in his category with a score of 99.91156 marks. Jonathan Sinkam M Sangma, hailing from Tamil Nadu and representing the ST community, secured the first position in his category nationwide with a score of 99.06951 marks.
