The program seeks to enhance workers’ employability by equipping them with expertise to advance their careers and unlocking opportunities for higher positions and better-paying jobs.
The frontline workforce in the construction industry will benefit from comprehensive work-integrated training that combines practical experience with classroom learning to develop a well-rounded skill set. Upon completion, participants will receive certificates, diplomas, and degrees accredited by the Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) and Kalinga University, boosting their credibility and employability.
Tata Projects’ initiative focuses on promoting sustainable site management by embedding principles of sustainability and efficiency into construction practices. The program seeks to build a skilled, certified, and diverse workforce while creating a robust trainer pool. Looking ahead, the goal is to develop skilled foremen, a talent pool of construction supervisors, and a dedicated cadre for future projects.
