Uttaranchal University Placements 2022: A BTech Computer Science student, Abhinav Ankur of Uttaranchal University has added another feather to the varsity’s cap by grabbing an international job offer with a whopping pay package. Abhinav has received an annual package offer of INR 1.18 crore by Forma, a United States-based IT firm. An official communique released by the university informed about students' placement. The varsity felicitated Abhinav Ankur for his achievement. The official tweet posted by Uttaranchal University reads, “It gives us immense pleasure to share with everyone that Abhinav Ankur, student of BTech CSE has secured 1.18 Crore Package at FORMA(U.S.A) Congratulations Abhinav! Your ascension is an inspiration to all who wish to grow in this field! Best wishes!”

The head of the corporate resource centre of the university, Iqbal Sawhney, informed that a total of 147 national and multinational companies visited Uttaranchal University Placements 2022. The companies visited the campus for the selection of the students of the 2021-2022 batch and around 1000 students are with a ready job offer in hand before the completion of their degree.

MyfirstXP, TCS, Tommy Hilfiger India, Wipro are some of the countries that gave national offers to the Uttaranchal University students during the recruitment drive.

Nine engineering students bag over 1 Crore pay package during JU Placements 2022

Nine students of Jadavpur University from various engineering departments bagged overseas jobs with over INR 1 Crore pay package. According to the institute, the international offers have been made to Debarshi Maitra, Kush Mishra from production engineering, Ritwik Raj, Rupayan Ghosh from information technology, Satyam Kumar, Shubham Kumar Mondal from computer science and engineering and Chiradeep Dey, Satyaki Das and Saikat Chakraborty from electronics and telecommunication engineering.
