WBJEE 2023 counselling for the mop-up round has started. Candidates can now register for the mop-up round of WBJEE counselling 2023 until August 16. Read to know the steps to register for WBJEE 2023 counselling, eligibility and more details.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has started the WBJEE 2023 counselling registration process for the mop-up round. Candidates can now register for the mop-up round of WBJEE counselling 2023 online at wbjeeb.nic.in. The final date to apply for the mop-up round counselling of WBJEE 2023 is August 16. The authorities will not accept applications after the final date.

Steps to register for WBJEE 2023 counselling (mop-up round)

Candidates can follow the given steps to register for the mop-up round of WBJEE counselling 2023.

• Go to wbjeeb.nic.in
• Click on the registration link.
• Go to ‘New Candidate Registration’
• Candidates will have to register using their basic details such as type of registration, WBJEE roll number/JEE Main application number, name, mother’s name and date of birth.
• Click on ‘Submit’
• The required details have to be provided as per the documents possessed by the candidates.
• Previously registered candidates will have to pay INR 200. However, new candidates will have to pay INR 1,000. The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

Who is eligible for WBJEE 2023 Mop-Up Counselling?

The following candidates will be eligible to participate in the mop-up round of WBJEE 2023 counselling

• All candidates allotted seats, paid seat acceptance fees either in Round 1 or 2, but not taken admission.
• Not allotted in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates not registered previously (Fresh Registrations)
• All registered candidates except those who have EXIT/Withdrawn from the e-counselling system due to various reasons during the previous rounds.

The mock WBJEE 2023 seat allotment for the mop-up round will be announced on August 17. After checking their mock allotment, the candidates will be able to edit/modify their choices on August 19. The provisional WBJEE 2023 seat allotment for the mop-up round will be announced on August 22. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate’s rank, preferences and seat availability.
