West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the WBJEE 2025 examination rules online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. Candidates can now check the important guidelines that need to be followed during the WBJEE 2025 paper. By following the WBJEE 2025 exam day guidelines, the candidates will have fewer chances of experiencing issues at the examination centre. All candidates are advised to carefully check the WBJEE 2025 exam rules.
WBJEE 2025 Examination Rules
- Candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes before the examination commences.
- No request to change the allotted centre will be accepted.
- A printout of the WBJEE 2025 hall ticket and original photo identity proof should be presented at the exam centre.
- Frisking will be conducted to check prohibited items.
- After the exam commences, no candidates will be allowed inside the exam centre.
- No written or printed material, calculator, pen, log table, wristwatch, or any communication devices will be allowed inside the exam centre.
- Once the question booklet is distributed, the candidates will have to put their signatures and roll numbers at the appropriate places.
- Silence has to be maintained during the exam.
- Rough work can be done in the space provided in the question booklet.
The authorities have also released the list of recognized boards for WBJEE 2025. Candidates are advised to check the list carefully to know if their respective board is eligible for admission.
WBJEE 2025 Application Form Release Date
The official WBJEE 2025 application form dates are yet to be announced. However, the authorities are expected to commence the WBJEE 2025 registration process anytime soon at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. To participate in the entrance exam and admission process, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form with the required details. Only the registered candidates will be able to attempt WBJEE 2025, which will be held on April 27, 2025, as a pen-and-paper-based test.

Q: When will WBJEE 2025 application form be released?
WBJEE 2025 application form is expected to be released soon. The official WBJEE 2025 application form dates will be announced online at wbjee.nic.in/wbjee. WBJEE application form 2025 will be available online and no other mode of application will be accepted. To participate in the entrance examination, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form before the final date, which will be announced soon. If the candidates are unable to register before the final date, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
Q: What is the WBJEE application fee?
While filling out the WBJEE application form, the candidates will have to pay the fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. WBJEE application fee is INR 500 (General Male Candidates) or INR 400 (General Female and all Male Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW) or INR 300 (All Female Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW and Third Gender General Candidates). For Third Gender SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW Category candidates, the application fee is INR 200. If the candidates fail to pay the application fee, then their applications will be rejected by the authorities.

While filling out the WBJEE application form, the candidates will be required to provide various personal, academic and contact details. Since all of the details to be submitted have to valid, the candidates are advised to keep certain documents ready so that they can refer to it while filling out the application form of WBJEE. Some of the important documents to be kept ready before and while filling out the WBJEE application form are - 10th and 12th standard mark sheet, domicile certificate, category certificate, JEE Main application number (if applicable), net banking/credit card/debit card details.
