JoSAA 2022 seat allotment round 1 released: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released the JoSAA 2022 seat allotment round 1 result today, September 23, 2022. The conducting authority has announced the first round of JoSAA 2022 seat allotment results on its official website at josaa.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared for JEE Main 2022/JEE Advanced 2022 and have registered for the counselling can check the JoSAA seat allotment 2022 round 1 by using their JEE Main/JEE Advanced application number and password.
JoSAA prepares the seat allotment result based on choice filled for the course and college, ranks of the candidate and availability of seats. Candidates who are allotted seats need to choose the options from Freeze, Float or Slide. If a candidate wants to secure the allotted seat will be required to select the freeze option or they can select either Float or Slide option if they are seeking other better options. After releasing the seat allocation list, JoSAA will also release the JoSAA 2022 cutoff.

Candidates can check the first Round JoSAA 2022 seat allotment online on the official website. To check the JoSAA 2022 seat allocation result round 1, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Log on to the official website at josaa.nic.in.
- Click on the link that reads “JoSAA seat allotment list 2022”.
- Enter your JEE Main/JEE Advanced application number and password.
- The first round JoSAA 2022 seat allotment letter will be displayed on the screen.
- Preview the details mentioned on it and download the JoSAA 2022 seat allotment letter.
- In the end, do not forget to take a printout of the JoSAA 2022 seat allotment letter for future reference.
Candidates who are allotted seats will be required to select the “Online Reporting” and complete the further admission process within the given deadline.
