After FYJC mock round, authorities will commence part-1 of the form-filling process on May 17 wherein candidates fill their details until Class 10 results are declared.
Maharashtra FYJC Admissions 2022: First Year Junior College (FYJC, or Class 11) admission application will begin on May 17. A tentative schedule has been announced. Meanwhile, the authorities will commence the mock registration round in May. “This round is aimed at providing practice to candidates for the online registration process. The idea is to avoid mistakes in the final process,” said an officer from the Directorate of Education (Secondary) which regulates the Common Admissions Process for FYJC. The mock round will be held conducted between May 1 and 14.
Maharashtra FYJC Admissions Application Process
After the mock round, authorities will commence part-1 of the form-filling process on May 17 wherein candidates fill their details until Class 10 results are declared. Once the Class 10 results are declared, Part II of the form, where candidates have to submit their college preferences, will commence for the admission seekers. According to the tentative admission schedule issued by the Director of Education (Secondary) Mahesh Palkar, candidates will get nearly five days from the declaration of result to complete Part II of the admission application process.
Training Schedule for School Principals
In order to conduct FYJC admissions, the Mumbai division has also announced a mandatory training schedule for school principals. The principals have also been allotted the task to appoint one official from the school who will be responsible for FYJC admission-related tasks. Deputy Director of Education Sandeep Sangave will provide the training. The training for school principals will commence on April 20 and nine separate sessions will be held. The sessions will continue until April 27.
