Gujarat NEET 2021 counselling Round 1 result was announced yesterday, a total of 10,691 undergraduate medical seats have been allotted.

Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has released the Gujarat NEET 2021 counselling Round 1 result on February 1. As many as 10,691 undergraduate medical seats have been allotted out of a total 22,726 students applied for the counselling process during the first round of admission to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) courses.

As compared to last year, there are a total of 1,200 more students have applied for Gujarat NEET Counselling 2021. The candidates were told to pay their fees through online banking and get their documents verified at helpline centres between February 2 and February 7.

The candidates can check the Round 1 results of the Gujarat NEET Counselling 2021 at the official website medadmgujarat.org. The seats are allotted on the basis of choice declaration done by them from January 27 to January 31.

The first round of admission for post-graduate medical courses in the state got completed recently. Out of a total of 1,419 seats in the state quota, 1,044 seats were allotted to the candidates. The selected candidates have finalised their admissions and paid their fees. In Gujarat, there are a total of 1,900 PG medical seats. In the first round, a total of 375 seats have remained vacant and officials in the admission committee have said that they will have to hold Round 2 of admission and the dates for the second round will be announced shortly.
