The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting NCHM Joint Enyrance Exam 2023 on May 14, 2023. The entrance exam, NCHMCT JEE 2023 will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, in a Computer-Based Test mode. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Exam Schedule
Candidates appearing for NCHM JEE 2023 need to follow a schedule so as to take exam succesfully. The exam scedule is as under:

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates must follow the guidelines as provided on the admit card, as well as instructions of exam centre officials. Some of the essential guidelines for NCHCMT JEE 2023 are as under:
- Reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam timings for the seating arrangements and frisking.
- Carry admit card and all relevant documents, which will be checked by the centre officials before allowing entry inside the examination hall.
- Take only mask, transparent water bottle, sanitizer, and a pen inside the examination hall
- Avoid carrying any prohibited items like mobile phone, watch, sunglasses, earphones etc or the exam centre officials will debar you from taking the exam.
- Follow the COVID-19 related protocols at the centre, and avoid interacting with fellow test-takers if you have flu-like symtoms

NCHCMT JEE 2023 Paper Difficulty level - Moderate but tricky questions in Mathematics Aptitude Section
Candidates who took the exam shared that the question paper was easy for sections like English and General Awareness, however, difficulty was faced in attempting Mathematics, Reasoning and Aptitude section.

Exam over! Chaos at test centre due to NTA's centre management
The exam is over, and parents have reported several issues regarding the NTA test centre management such as dress and jewellery related issues, parking situation and other safety measures. Moreover, they reported that candidates were required to bring a self-declaration form, but the test centre officials did not take any COVID-19 safety measures.

When will NCHMCT JEE 2023 answer key be released?
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will publish the provisional answer key for NCHM JEE 2023 soon after the examination. The official NCHMCT JEE answer key is provided on the official website, and the candidates can download it by using their application number and password / date of birth.

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Exam Begins!
The examination for NCHMCT JEE 2023 has started from 9 am onwards. The candidates were seated by 8:30 am, and last entry on several request was allowed at 8:50 am. The candidates have been seated on their system, and they were allowed to login with NCHMCT JEE 2023 login details around 8:55 am only.

What kind of photograph is allowed on the admit card?
Candidates need to upload the same photograph as they have uploaded on the applicant login. The photograph should be recent, passport size, and should be clear. The photograph should match the identity proof also., therefore, carry the ID which matches the recent photograph. Candidate need to carry two photographs at least, one to be pasted on the admit card, and another one on the attendance sheet in front of invigilator.

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Dress related instructions
Candidates need to be careful of what they wear to the exam centre as there are certain restrictions to avoid unfair means of attempting the examination. For example,
- Shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted.
- If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit Centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.

The declaration form as mentioned by NTA is a self-attested COVID-19 declaration, and it is attached with the admit card only. Candidates need to fill the form in handwriting before reaching to the exam centre:

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Admit Card Instructions
Candidates need to take care of the following instructions regarding the admit card of NCHMCT JEE 2023:
- Admit Card along with a duly filled in Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA website (a clear printout on A4 size paper)
- Original valid photo ID proof needs to be carried along with the admit card - PAN card/Driving Licence/Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/ Ration Card/Aadhaar Enrolment Number
- A passport size photograph for affixing on the Attendance Sheet
- Before reaching the Centre, candidates must enter required details in the Self Declaration (Undertaking) in legible handwriting, paste the Photograph and put thumb impression at the appropriate place on the Admit Card. They should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is clear and not smudged
- All other ID/Photocopies of IDs even if attested/scanned photo of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be considered as valid ID Proof
- Duly filled in Admit Card must be dropped in the designated drop box while leaving the examination Hall/Room. Failure to do so may result in non- evaluation of your answers.
- This Admit Card consists of three pages - Page 1 contains the Centre details and Self Declaration (Undertaking) form regarding COVID-19, Page 2 has "Important instruction for candidates" and Page 3 has "Advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19". The candidate has to download all the three pages. 3. The Admit Card is provisional, subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions as given in the Prospectus/Information Bulletin."

Do I need to complete Bio-metric at the test centre?
Candidates may not be required to do bio-metric process at the test centre. They only need to provide admit card and a valid ID proof. For candidates belonging to PWD category and availing Scribe facility, they need to provide a medical examination certificate as issued by competent authority.

Can I bring my own Scribe as I am PWD candidate?
Yes, as informed in Information Bulettin candidates are allowed to bring their own scribe after taking prior permission from NTA or NCHMCT, "It is to be noted that the Scribe will be provided by the National Testing
Agency. However, the candidate is also permitted to bring his/her own scribe (Annexure-IV), if he so chooses. The facility of Scribe, in case he/she has a physical limitation and a scribe is
essential to write the examination on his/her behalf, being so certified in the aforesaid format by a CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution, will be provided. "They should note that the Scribe must be eligible only on the following conditions:
- A scribe will NEITHER explain the questions NOR suggest any solutions. PwBD candidates who desire to avail the services of a scribe need to opt for this during the online registration.
- A copy of the PwBD certificate must be uploaded at the time of online registration. The formats for the PwBD certificate are given in Annexure-III of Information Bulettin of NCHMCT JEE 2023.
The scribe should not be qualified above Class 10, and must not attempt the examination on his own.

What are the exam timings for NCHMCT JEE 2023?
NCHMCT JEE 2023 is being held from 9 am to 12 pm in a Computer-Based Test mode. Candidates need to visit the exam centre at least by 8 am for frisking purposes. Therefore, starting early from the home will help in case there are traffic congestions on the route of the exam centre.
Last year, NCHMCT JEE was held from 10 am to 1 pm, and it was held amidst Agnipath protests, therefore, a lot of candidates hussled while reaching the exam centre.

Avoid Prohibited Items at NCHMCT JEE 2023 exam centre
Candidates must not carry any items that have been prohibited on the exam day. These prohibited items are:
- Instruments like Geometry or Pencil box,
- Handbag, Purse,
- Paper/ Stationery Textual material (printed or written material),
- Eatables (loose or packed),
- Mobile Phone/ Earphone/ Microphone/ Pager,
- Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables,
- Camera, Tape Recorder,
- Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator/ Smartwatch
- Any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the Examination Hall/Room
- Moreover, even Smoking, chewing gutka, spitting is prohibited inside the examination hall due to COVID-19 precautions

Candidates will be allowed to carry following items inside the examination hall of NCHMCT JEE 2023:

- Transparent water bottle
- NCHMCT JEE 2023 admit card
- A valid photo ID - Voter ID, Passport, DL, Aadhaar, PAN Card, Aadhaar Enrollment Slip
- Self Declaration (Undertaking) for COVID-19 infection status
- Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case a candidate is diabetic.
