NCHMCT to conduct practicals for Vegetarians only candidates separately from Generic and Vegetarians options. NCHMCT JEE 2023 applications is closing in 10 days by April 27, 2023 for admission to 71 Institutes of Hotel Management, 21 CIHMs, and 25 SIHMs. Check details here.

The Nattional Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will close the application window for NCHMCT JEE 2023 BSc HA courses in 10 days i.e. by April 27, 2023. Candidates interested in admissions to undergraduate course in Hospitality Administration offered at 71 Institutes of Hotel Management, 21 CIHMs, and 25 SIHMs can apply for NCHMCT JEE 2023 before the deadline. The exam will be held in a computer-based test mode on May 14, 2023 from 9 am to 12 pm. The exam conducting body National Testing Agency has informed that while Theory part of examination will be common for all candidates i.e. Generic, Vegetarian, and Vegetarian only candidates. The practical examination of candidates who opted for 'Vegetarian only' will be conducted separately from all other candidates. Therefore, candidates who want to select 'Vegetarian Only' option for practicals through NCHMCT JEE 2023, can do so while filling up the application forms only. 

The official notification released in this regard stated, " The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE-2023) for admission to the B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) Course at the Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHM&CT) for the Academic Year 2023-24 in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. Registration for the exam is open from 02.02.2023 onwards upto 27.04.2023 at https://nchmjee.nta.nic.in. In this connection it is clarified that the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology has informed us as follows:  

The B.Sc. H.H.A. program (Generic & Vegetarian) is available in all  the affiliated Institute of Hotel Management, for the benefit of all those who are interested in vegetarian option only. Theory part will be common to all and the practical session will be conducted separately for vegetarians. Applicants are advised to take note of the above before applying."
