An announcement flashing on the official website reads, “All institutes are requested to upload the attendance certificate in revised proforma only. Attendance in any other format will not be entertained.”

Human Resource Development Group (HRDG), a division of CSIR operates various schemes such as fellowships, Research Grants, Awards and conducts CSIR NET exams has released a new format for institutes/universities/colleges to upload attendance. The updated attendance upload format is now available on the official website of CSIR. A tweet from the official Twitter handle of HRDG states, “All institutes/universities/colleges are requested to upload the attendance certificate in the prescribed format only. The format is available on the website.”

An announcement flashing on the official website of CSIR, i.e. https://csirhrdg.res.in/ reads, “All institutes are requested to upload the attendance certificate in revised proforma only. Attendance in any other format will not be entertained.”

An official notice with the prescribed format is available on the official website. The attendance format reads, “It is hereby certified that following Research Fellow(s)/ Associate(s) of this Institute/university whose attendance details are uploaded online on CSIR HRDG- NewFMS portal vide attendance no……………………..dated………………has/have regularly attended office to pursue his/her/their research.”

According to the notice, the “attendance period should not be more than a month. Separate attendance certificates are required for each month.” “This certificate has to be furnished on the Host Institute’s letter Head and uploaded on NewFMS for the time being (till one is enrolled with E-sign).”
