AUD Admissions 2023: BR Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) is scheduled to release AUD UG Admissions 2023 First Merit List 2023 tomorrow, i.e. August 5, 2023. The varsity has recently closed the application window for undergraduate admission 2023. This year, AUD is conducting admissions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes via CUET score. "The university will release the UG merit list on August 5, the preparation for which is under way," Vice-chancellor Anu Singh Lather informed earlier. Students must note that AUD JUG Admission 2023 First Merit List will be released on https://aud.ac.in/admissions/ug_admissions/2023

The selection of the candidates will be based on the normalised score of CUET. Selected students will have to complete fee payment by August 6. The second merit list will be released on August 8. The university has announced a schedule for five lists. The admission for extra-curricular activities and sports will be declared separately. Orientation for UG students will be held on August 21. Meanwhile, AUD PG Admissions 2023 is ongoing for the 27 PG courses. The last date to apply is August 11.

AUD being a state university has reserved 85% of its seats for residents of Delhi. The remaining 15% are for students from outside Delhi. Out of the total, 11,289 applications are of candidates from Delhi NCT, 11,140 from outside. There are more female students - 12,411 - as against the 10,021 male candidates who have applied.

Talking on AUD UG admissions 2023, Lather told, the university had received in some cases 25 times the number of applications against available seats, "which is a matter of great satisfaction. This shows that the relatively new university has evolved remarkably well in a very short span of time." There is a total of 18 UG programmes in the university, which runs from two campuses. The Karampura campus has several vocational courses as well.

While the varsity has 1,123 seats to offer, 22,432 candidates have applied for AUD UG admissions 2023. The competition is at its peak at Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) this year for undergraduate studies. For the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course, there are 91 students competing for one seat. For the political science (honours) course, there are 67 students jostling for a slot. the newly introduced political science (H) has received 2,986 applications for 44 seats. Psychology (H) has received 2,793 applications for 44 seats at the Kashmere Gate campus.
