Banaras Hindu University's 'Finding Leader In You' Program Marks Milestone in Student Development

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) continues to lead the charge in fostering student excellence with its innovative 'Finding Leader In You' (FLY) initiative. This groundbreaking program, designed to equip students with essential skills and qualities for professional and personal success, has recently celebrated a significant milestone.

Implemented in collaboration with the Competitive Mindset Institute – United States, the FLY program has successfully trained nearly 850 students since its inception. Through a series of modules focusing on practical application, students are empowered to develop five research-backed skills crucial for both professional competitiveness and ethical leadership.

During the FLY Alumni Meet, Harsh Bhargawa, co-founder of the Competitive Mindset Institute, praised the dedication and achievements of the participating students. He emphasized the importance of continuous practice and self-nurturing in achieving success, highlighting the transformative potential of the program.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain reiterated BHU's commitment to the holistic development of its students, emphasizing the tangible impact of initiatives like FLY. Prof. Jain commended Mahila Mahavidyalaya for its exceptional contributions to student leadership and life skills development, expressing confidence in BHU's potential to become a beacon of leadership education.

Dean of Students, Prof. Anupam Kumar Nema, shared insights into the success of the FLY programs across various faculties, citing positive feedback from participants. Prof. Rita Singh, Principal of Mahila Mahavidyalaya, lauded Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain's visionary leadership, which has propelled BHU's student-centric initiatives to new heights of transformative impact.
