BML Munjal University Convocation: 512 Students Graduated; 82.46% Overall Placement Recorded
BML Munjal University's School of Management recorded a 95.80% placement rate followed by the School of Engineering and Technology at 78.23%, and the School of Law at 73.34%.
BML Munjal University (BMU) conducted its 9th convocation at the premises. The event included 512 graduating students getting degrees across various programmes including the School of Management, School of Engineering and more. Reportedly, the School of Management excelled with a 95.80% placement rate, followed by the School of Engineering and Technology at 78.23%, and the School of Law at 73.34%. Besides, 11 meritorious students also received honorary awards for their academic achievements. 8 students were awarded the Academic Excellence Certificate while 3 students received the prestigious Brij Mohan Lall Munjal Medal and Certificate.
Further, the convocation ceremony included 160 BTech graduates (151 in Computer Science and Engineering, 9 in Mechanical Engineering), 273 MBA graduates, 17 Executive MBA graduates, 22 Law graduates (11 each in BA, LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB Hons, 33 BBA graduates, 6 B.Com (Hons.) graduates, and 1 PhD in Engineering.
Professor Shyam Menon, Vice Chancellor of BML Munjal University expressed his delights stating "BMU prides itself to be an aspirational university. Students who graduated from the university have been placed at prominent companies across sectors including technology, healthcare, consultancies like Accenture, Alvarez & Marsal, KPMG India, and Deloitte US, EY Consulting, etc. Further, several students were placed in the banking sector including Axis Bank, BNY Mellon, Hero Fincorp, and HDFC Bank.
