Central Sector Scholarship 2024: CBSE Invites Application from College Students for Financial Assistance
CBSE has started Central Sector Scholarship 2024 registration in online mode at the official website for college and university students for the academic year 2024-25. Know how to apply for CSS Scholarship 2024 here.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is inviting applications for the Central Sector Scheme Scholarship for the academic year 2024-25. Students willing to apply for CSS Scholarship 2024 can fill their forms by October 31, 2024. The link to apply for the scholarship is activated at scholarships.gov.in/Students. For registration, Students will have to use their registration number (OTR), passwords and captcha code.
“All the candidates are advised to apply online within the stipulated time and get their online applications verified by the institutions (if required show the original documents to the institute) else the application would be treated as invalid." The official notification reads.
The OTR wil automatically detect the region of the candidates. In case a student requires changes in the details, then they have to upload their ID proof i.e. Aadhar Card and they OTR profile will be updated through fresh eKYC.
How to Apply for Central Sector Scholarship 2024?
Students who are willing to apply for registration can follow the below steps:
- Visit the official website - scholarships.gov.in/Students
- Click on the registration link to get a one-time registration (OTR)
- Once OTR is generated, students have to apply for the scholarship on the official portal.
- Check the allotted reference number from the registered mobile number
- Download NSP OTR app and Aadhar Face RD service on the device.
- Complete the authentication and apply for the scholarship with details as required.
