CUET 2023: NTA Changes Number Of Questions In This Section, Check Details

The CUET 2023 registrations are currently underway. Earlier, the last date to register for Common University Entrance Exam (CUET) 2023 was March 12, 2023. Read further to know the changes brought by NTA in the CUET Exam 2023.

CUET 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has brought some changes to the CUET Exam 2023 for the welfare of the candidates. The CUET 2023 registrations are currently underway. Earlier, the last date to register for Common University Entrance Exam (CUET) 2023 was March 12, 2023. But now the deadline has been extended and will be closed now March 30, 2023. 

The major change that NTA has brought is in the CUET Exam Pattern 2023. From this year onward, the candidates have to answer only 50 out of 60 questions in the third section; i.e. general awareness. Though the time limit is the same, the number of questions has been reduced. Until last year, candidates had to answer 60 out of 75 questions in one hour.

Like the previous year, the CUET Exam 2023 will have three sections. In the first section, which is language, candidates will have to answer 40 questions out of the 50 questions. Candidates will be given 45 minutes to answer these questions. In the second section, the number of questions remains same and so is the time as the questions would be based on an optional subject, selected by the candidate.

CUET 2023 Exam Slots and Timing

CUET 2023 Admit Card

The CUET 2023 admit card is expected to be released in the second week of May. On the basis of the last year's trend, the admit card or hall ticket of CUET 2023 will be released a week before the day of the exam. 

CUET 2023 Application Correction Window

NTA will open the correction window from April 1 to April 3, 2023. The candidates can make amendments/corrections in the CUET 2023 application form that they have filled in this duration.
