This year, CUET Political Science Question Paper 2023 was conducted on May 22, 23, 24 and 28 in different slots. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts CUET exam in Computer Based Mode. Recently, CUET 2023 result and the CUET cut off was released by the National Testing Agency. CUET exam pattern is such that the paper is divided into three sections. In the first section questions are asked from Language, second section is based on domain-specific subject and the third section consists of questions from topics like General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning etc. Political Science is one of the most popular domain specific subject in Humanities. According to the test takers, the difficulty level of the Political Science paper was moderate. The CUET Political Science paper consisted of 40/50 questions out of which the candidates had to attempt 35/45 questions. The time alloted for each domain-specific subject is 45 minutes. NTA is expected to release the CUET 2023 question papers online, on the official website of the exam later this year. Last year, the mode of the exam was shifted from pen-paper-based to computer-based mode. Hence, candidates were not given the CUET 2022 question papers to be carried out from the exam centre. CUET 2023 Political Science Section Analysis

According to the students appeared in the CUET 2023 for Political Science paper, the domain-specific section was of moderate level of difficulty. Candidates with good preparation and application of the elimination method will be able to score well in the exam. Though the questions were asked from the entire CUET Political Science syllabus but the questions from certain subjects were comparatively more. Questions were asked from units like Modern Indian Political Thought, Political Theory, International Relations, Comparative Government and Politics, General issues of contemporary relevance etc. Other types of questions with high weightage are Amendments, Directive Principles of State Policy, and other topics including Constitutional Provisions, Cold War politics and Realism and Liberalism containing one to two questions each.

The fourth and final phase of CUET 2023 will be conducted from June 5 to June 8. In the first 10 days of CUET 2023, the total number of exam centres was 720, located in 303 cities.
