DUSU Election Results 2024: NSUI Wins President, Jt Secretary Posts; ABVP Clinches VP, Secretary Position

Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) election results 2024-25 have been announced. As per the final result of the DUSU 2024 elections, Ronak Khatri from NSUI wins the president's position. Khatri received 20207 votes out of 50,689 and defeated ABVP's candidate Rishabh, who received 18,864 votes. For the position of Vice president, Bhanu Pratap Singh received 24166 votes out of a total of 50874 votes.
Out of the total 50874 votes received for the post of Secretary, Mitravinda Karanwal won by getting 16703 votes defeating Namrata Jeph who got 15236 votes. Besides, for the post of Joint Secretary, Lokesh Chaudhary won by getting 21975 votes while Aman Kapasiya came second by getting 15249 votes.
DUSU Election Result 2024: 8 Ran for President Position
The Chief Election Officer of DUSU election 2024-25 stated that 8 candidates ran for the post of President while Vice President, Secretary and Joint Secretary positions received a nomination of 5, 4 and 4 candidates respectively. Reportedly, 3906 students voted for NOTA in the DUSU election 2024 for the president position. The detailed position-wise winners along with the number of votes can be checked below:

DUSU Election 2024 Update: KMC Nullifies Election Result of Two Students
Following the directions of the CEO of DUSU Election 2024-25, Kirori Mal College announces the election results of Gurdeep Chhawri, B.A. (Honours) Sanskrit, 1 year, and Chirag, B.A. Program, 1 year, as null and void, regarding the violation of the Delhi High Court orders dated 11.11.2024 and the recommendations of the Lyngdoh Committee.
