Medhavi Skills University (MSU) inaugurates a state-of-the-art Media and Entertainment School at its Sikkim campus, in collaboration with esteemed industry partners, Windmill Lane Recording Studios (WLRS), and NHQ Studios & B4M Entertainments. This partnership introduces UGC-recognized courses in music and audiography, aimed at equipping the next generation of professionals with industry-relevant skills and expertise. Students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in NHQ Studios and B4M Entertainment's facilities in Kerala.

Music director, Tony Perrey, Director, WLRS, Ireland, launched the state-of-the-art Media and Entertainment School. Jim Jacob, popular music director and owner and director of NHQ Studios and B4M Entertainments also graced the event. 

Expressing his excitement about the collaboration, Tony Perrey stated, “I am thrilled to be in India to launch our dynamic Media and Entertainment School at MSU. This initiative reminds me of the iconic Tagore–Yeats relationship, a testament to Indo–Irish connections over the years. Moreover, India’s diverse musical heritage has amazed and inspired me. Together, through this initiative, we are empowering students to chart new horizons in the industry.”

Mr. Jim Jacob, Director, NHQ Studios and B4M Entertainments said “We are proud to partner with MSU for this initiative. UGC-recognized MSU not only provides accreditation to our courses but also devises a student-centric curriculum, which is also industry-relevant. With Mr. Tony Perrey onboard, we also bring international expertise to the course. Students gain rich hands-on experience in our world-class recording studios. Together, we are opening doors for shaping the next generation of musicians.”
