Mumbai University Extends Ideathon 2.0 Registration Deadline to November 30; Direct Link to Apply

Mumbai University Ideathon 2.0 registration last date has been extended to November 30, 2024, from November 14 owing to the demands of the contestants to extend the application deadline. 

Mumbai University has extended the registration deadline for Ideathon 2.0. Students who are willing to participate in Mumbai University Ideadthon 2.0 to showcase their innovative startup ideas can enrol online and register from the below link to participate in the competition.

Earlier, the last date for participating in the Ideathon 2.0 competition was November 14, 2024, but as per the demand of the contestants, the authorities have extended the registration last date to November 30, 2024. However, Students are suggested not to wait for the Mumbai University Ideathon 2.0 registration last date and fill the application form at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies.

"All Departments and Affiliated Colleges of the University of Mumbai are hereby informed that through the Innovation, Research and Partnership Board of the University of Mumbai in association with MU-IDEAS Foundation Incubation Center and Startup Clinic, the competition "Ideathon 2.0" is being organized. The last date for participating in the said competition was 14/11/2024 but as per the demand of the contestants, the last date for participating in the competition is being extended till 30/11/2024." The official notification reads. 

About Ideathon 2.0

Mumbai University is inviting young intellectual students to participate in the Ideadthon 2.0 programme. The initiative aims to empower student entrepreneurs by offering support to their innovative ideas and helping their concepts turn into startups. The submitted proposals will first be presented at one of 47 startup clinics situated in Mumbai, where the potential entrepreneurs will be assisted and guided in refining their ideas. The most promising proposals will then be selected for further development at the MU Ideas Foundation-Incubation Centre.
