Mumbai University cutoffs

Mumbai University admission process 2018 for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses is underway. The university has recently released the first cutoff list for some of its colleges including Mithibai College, RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Ramnarain Ruia Senior College, KET’s VG Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce and Hinduja College. It may be noted that Mumbai University cutoff is the minimum percentage that applicants need to meet in order to secure admission in different courses offered at colleges affiliated to the varsity. 

While the cutoff for BA Programme at Mithibai College has stood at 95.24%, RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics has demanded 94% marks for admission to its BCom (Hons) course. For Arts and Science stream courses the cutoffs of Podar College have stood at 86.31% and 89.80%, respectively.

At Ramnarain Ruia Senior College the cutoff for BA Programme has stood at 91.8%. Also, for Science and Commerce stream courses the college has demanded 90% and 90.75% marks, respectively. ET’s VG Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce has released the first cutoffs for BSc, BCom and BA courses at 81.08%, 87.08%, and 84.15%, respectively. The cutoffs of Hinduja College for courses offered under Science, Commerce, and Arts streams are 81.85%, 87.4%, and 82.77%, respectively.

All candidates who are able to meet Mumbai University cutoffs 2018 will now be shortlisted to have their names in the merit list on the basis of which they will be given admission at the university affiliated colleges. It may be noted that the varsity releases a total of three merit lists every year.
