QS WUR by Subjects 2022: Delhi University among top 200 Globally in Social Sciences & Management

Delhi University (DU) has been ranked 194 this year, while in 2021 it was ranked 208.

The University of Delhi has been ranked among the top 200 universities in the world in QS World University Rankings by Subjects 2022, in Social Sciences & Management category. Delhi University is also the best university from India, ranked in the category.

The QS World University Rankings by Subjects 2022 have been released today, and a total of 10 Indian universities have been ranked in the Social Sciences & Management category. Delhi University (DU) has been ranked 194 this year, while in 2021 it was ranked 208.

This year though the number of Indian institutions getting ranked under this category remains the same, however, almost all the institutions have improved upon their last year's ranking.

DU is followed by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and IIT Bombay, while the Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad and IIM Bangalore have been ranked 259 and 271.

In the other categories IIT Bombay has been ranked best in ‘Engineering & Technology, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru in Natural Sciences and Jawaharlal Nehru University in Arts and Humanities while All India Institute of Medical Sciences has been ranked as the best in the Life Sciences & Medicine category.
