The All India Management Association (AIMA) and St. Stephen's College of Delhi University have officially partnered, signing a 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-create and offer short courses in modern management skills. The MoU was signed by Professor John Varghese, Principal of St. Stephen's College, and Ms. Rekha Sethi, Director General of AIMA.

During the 68th Foundation Day celebrations of AIMA, which also marks the National Management Day, the MoU was signed. This agreement encompasses the collaborative development and provision of academic modules, programmes, and training for students, faculty, executives, administrators, and entrepreneurs.

The joint courses would focus on new age knowledge and skills, including technology, that are relevant to contemporary business and governance. The memorandum includes collaborating in facilitating industry-classroom interaction.

AIMA and St. Stephen's have decided to jointly host conferences, seminars, and symposiums. Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Education Minister, who attended the event, described the MoU between St. Stephen’s College and AIMA as a significant move towards implementing the National Education Policy (NEP).

Signing the MoU and addressing India’s management leaders, Prof Varghese said, “An institution of eminence is looking for partnerships with all of you symbolized in AIMA, and we hope that this partnership will lead us to a better relationship between academia and industry and a relationship that will give results for India and the world.”
