IIM Ahmedabad Final Placements 2022: FinTech firms make highest offers in Cluster 3

Cluster 3 of IIM-A placement process comprised eight cohorts, which included Analytics & IT Consulting, Banking Insurance, Consumer Tech, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Enterprises Tech, Financial Services, FinTech and Government Enterprises.

IIM-A Final Placements 2022: The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad concluded the third cluster of its final placement process for the PGP Class of 2022 on February 14, 2022. Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, the placement process was conducted via virtual mode completely. According to the official IIM-A Final Placements 2022 report, the third cluster of IIM-A placement process comprised eight cohorts, which included Analytics & IT Consulting, Banking Insurance, Consumer Tech, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Enterprises Tech, Financial Services, FinTech and Government Enterprises.

The maximum number of offers were rolled out by FinTech firms and UnDosTres emerged as the largest recruiter during the third cluster of IIM-A final placements 2022. 50 per cent of offers rolled out in the third cluster of the recruitment process were international offers. IIM-A final placements also witnessed the participation of various new recruiters participated this year across cohorts including Garena, Eightfold.ai and H&R Johnson (Prism Johnson Limited). There were dream applications for Cluster three and this reinforced the candidate-recruiter fit that the Cluster-Cohort system offers.

With the conduct of the third cluster, IIM Ahmedabad successfully completed its Final Placement Process 2022. Firms from multiple domains participated across the 3 clusters in the Final Placements. The b-schools conducted the first and the second cluster of the recruitment process on February 8 and February 11, respectively. Boston Consulting Group made the highest number of offers during the first cluster of the recruitment process. However, students of IIM-A received the highest number of offers from TAS, Emaar during the second cluster.
