IIM Indore signs MoU with the Technological University of Dublin

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) on June 28, 2022. IIM-I aims to offer contextually relevant programmes, learning, and growth opportunities to its participants and faculty. The institute has teamed up with various top-notch universities at both national and international levels, the institute claims. The MoU was signed by Professor Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, and Professor David FitzPatrick, President, TU Dublin. This association aims to develop joint activities in academic areas of mutual interest. The MoU will be valid for three years.

Sharing delight over this collaboration, Professor Rai said that the MoU would offer a platform for exchanging faculty, researchers, and administrative staff and give opportunities for collaborative research. β€œI am happy to sign an MoU with the first technological university of Ireland – TU Dublin. IIM Indore aims to create socially conscious leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs, and TU Dublin emphasizes creating an inclusive and open learning experience for the students.” β€œ This collaboration will be valuable for faculty, students, and staff of both the educational institutes, allowing them to come together, learn and collaborate on various activities,” the professor added.

He further said that these would include conducting lectures, organizing symposia, exchanging academic material, and developing and delivering programmes of study and online learning for the global audience.

Sharing his views on the collaboration, Professor Patrick noted that the alliance would further fortify the relationship between the institutes and empower them to organize mutually beneficial events across various activities. β€œWe are pleased to sign an MoU with IIM Indore – the second IIM in India to receive the Triple Crown. Conducting multiple lectures, seminars, workshops, etc., online and offline, would allow the stakeholders of both the institutes to learn from and grow with this partnership,” the professor note.

We look forward to organizing various events and activities that prove fruitful for both the parties’, he said.
