IIM Rohtak launches management studies programme for working professionals

Candidates enrolled under this programme will get practical knowledge as well as personalised learning with a focus on intensive, multi-functional views on leadership.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has introduced a two-year executive Master of Management Studies (eMMS) programme for working professionals. The two-year programme has been introduced by IIM Rohtak to cater to the needs of high-skilled working professionals. Candidates interested in the IIM Rohtak eMMS programme must note that the last date to enrol online for the programme is until April 11, 2022.

Candidates enrolled under this programme will get practical knowledge as well as personalised learning with a focus on intensive, multi-functional views on leadership. The programme will be taught via a mix of online and offline sessions.

On the occasion of the programme launch, IIM Rohtak director Dheeraj Sharma said, “The eMMS programme is designed to deliver sound contemporary principles of management and practical insight. The academic rigour in the design of the programme and the precision in its delivery would surely enable the participants to be outstanding managers in the challenging environments.”

This programme will focus on sharpening critical managerial skill sets and solidifying leadership capabilities, hence candidates with at least three years of managerial, entrepreneurial, professional experience can benefit from this programme, added the release.

In order to be eligible for the programme, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) and a minimum of three years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience. The selection of the candidates would be based on an aptitude test conducted by the institute and personal interviews. Both the processes will be held online. Aptitude exam is not applicable on candidates who have CAT/ GMAT/ GRE score obtained in the last five years.
