The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Sohar University (SU) to explore collaborative opportunities for a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. The MoA was signed by Professor Dheeraj Sharma, Director of IIM Rohtak, and Dr. Hamdan Al Fazari, Vice Chancellor of Sohar University, during the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) conference held at Sohar University.

The MoA underscores the partnership's significance in enhancing business education and research in the region. The BBA program is specifically designed to cater to the substantial Indian population within a 200-kilometer radius of Sohar University, aiming to provide high-quality education to prospective students. Sohar University will leverage its infrastructure to support this initiative.
