IIM Trichy, TSW launch PG Certificate Programme in Strategic Management

The programme aims at building analytical abilities, creativity and social skills to lead/participate in the formulation and execution of strategy at organization.

Indian Institute of Management (Trichy) Trichy announced the launch of the Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Strategic Management in partnership with TSW- The Second Wind. Spread over 135 contact hours, the program provides working professionals with the skill-sets required to hone strategic acumen. According to the information available on the official website of IIM Trichy, the programme has been designed to train candidates with valuable insights on how to build holistic strategies in the complex business world.

The programme aims at building analytical abilities, creativity and social skills to lead/participate in the formulation and execution of strategy at organization. It also aims to develop an understanding of a set of concepts, tools and mindsets that helps in, building and sustaining competitive advantage in business.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for IIM Trichy PG Certificate Programme in Strategic Management, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent. Two years of work experience (can also include running their own businesses) is also mandatory. Reservations will be provided to eligible candidates as per Government of India norms.

Programme Highlights

IIM Trichy PG Certificate Programme in Strategic Management is best suited for working professionals as it is a one-year weekend programme with weekend sessions. The programme is delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode through live virtual sessions to offer an interactive learning experience. Direct interaction with expert faculty,peer learning and networking will be facilitated by the on-campus module for six days. The content has been established to imbibe requisite domain knowledge and in-demand skills sought in the digital age. The programme will be taught by veteran IIM Tiruchirappalli faculty members, specialised in Strategy domain. Upon successful completion of the programme candidates will get recognised professional certification from IIM Tiruchirappalli as well as the institute's alumni status.
