IIT Hyderabad invites applications for analog IC design hackathon

The registration for the hackathon, which will be conducted online, began on February 5, 2022. Interested people can apply till February 12, 2022. 

The electrical engineering department of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad is conducting a three-week ‘Analog IC design hackathon’ from February 15, 2022 to March 8, 2022.  The registration for the hackathon, which will be conducted online, began on February 5, 2022. Interested people can apply till February 12, 2022. The hackathon will be sponsored by Synopsys India and VLSI System Design (VSD) Corporation Private Limited India.

IIT Hyderabad is a second-generation IIT that came into existence in 2008 along with seven other IITs. IIT Hyderabad is an institute of national importance and it is for the first time that it has been ranked 601-650 by QS World Ranking 2021. However, last year it was ranked 8 for Engineering and 17 in the overall category by the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF).
