IIT JAM 2022 Second Admission List Released at joaps.iitr.ac.in; Check Status and Cutoff Ranks

The IIT JAM 2022 second admission list has been released on June 14 by IIT Roorkee. Candidates who had applied for the second round of admission, or had opted for upgradation of seats from the first round, can check their admission status here.

IIT Roorkee has released the IIT JAM 2022 second admission list on June 14. Although the original date for releasing the second admission list was June 16, it has been preponed by two days. Candidates who had applied for this round can check their status by logging in to the candidate portal. The last date to pay the admission acceptance fee is June 20, 5 pm. Failing to pay the fee within the deadline will lead to the cancellation of the admission offer.

IIT Roorkee mentions, “If a candidate fails to deposit Seat Booking Fee within the deadline, the offer will remain cancelled and such candidate will not be considered for further admission process.” The opening and closing of withdrawal option will take place between June 25 and June 30.

How to Check IIT JAM 2022 Second Admission List

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to check whether they have made it to the first admission list of the IIT JAM 2022 or not:

• Visit the candidate portal of IIT JAM 2022 – joaps.iitr.ac.in

• Log in through Enrolment ID/Registration ID/Email ID and password along with the mathematical expression

• Click on Submit tab

• Check your allotment status

What After Checking IIT JAM 2022 Admission Result

Candidates can take the following steps after checking the result:

• Accept and Freeze

• Accept with Upgrade

• Reject and Quit

The seat booking fee is INR 10,000 and INR 5,000 for General and reserved category candidates respectively. The fee has to be paid online through Credit/Debit Card, Net Baking or UPI. The admission fee will be transferred to the bank account of the allotted college. 

The third admission list is scheduled to be released on June 25 and the admission fee for this round will have to be paid till June 30. There will be four rounds of admission for the IIT JAM 2022 and the process will conclude on July 11.
