IIT Bombay has delayed JEE Advanced 2022 application form. The JEE Advanced registration is now scheduled to start at 8 pm today instead of at 4 pm. The online JEE Advanced registration process will be available till August 11 and the online fee payment can be completed till August 12.

The JEE Advanced application form 2022 will be available in the online mode only. To register for JEE Advanced, candidates have to first login with their JEE Main 2022 application number and password. Next candidates have to fill in the registration form, upload scanned certificates, and pay the application fee. The photo and signature in the online JEE Advanced application form will be already populated from the JEE Main application form. Also, candidates will be allowed to enter 8 examination cities of their choice in the form.

How to Fill JEE Advanced 2022 Application Form?

Candidates can check steps below to fill JEE Advanced application form:

  • As the first step, every student needs to register through the official website by providing their JEE Main 2022 roll number, password, and security pin.
  • In the second step, Students have to enter various personal details like their name, parents’ name, communication details, address details etc. in the specific columns of the JEE Advanced 2022 application form. The details entered in the application form must be accurate as the incorrect details may lead to the cancellation of candidature at later stages.
  • Students will also need to enter their choices of exam centres while filling out the application form.
  • Apart from the details, students will also need to upload the scanned images of their passport size photographs and signature.
  • After submitting all the details, students must take multiple printouts of the final application form for future requirements.

Important Documents needed to be uploaded in JEE Advanced Application Form

Candidates will have to upload scanned documents in the online form. The required documents are given below:

  1. Class X certificate if the date of birth is mentioned in it or the birth certificate.
  2. Class XII (or equivalent examination) certificate
  3. Class XII (or equivalent examination) certificate
  4. If the candidate’s name is not the same as in the Class X certificate, a gazette notification showing the change of name. 
  5. Caste certificates as needed.

IIT Bombay has commenced the JEE Advanced application process for foreign nationals from August 1. Also, at the same time, the JEE Advanced 2022 mock test is available on the official website. There are 2 mock tests available for the exam - Mock test 1 and Mock test 2. Candidates must take the mock tests to know the exam pattern, analyse their own preparation for the exam, understand the demand of the exam, and so on.

JEE Advanced 2022 exam date is August 28. The exam will be held in CBT mode. There will be 2 papers, paper 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
